Photography Services and Videography Policies:

MinoTVisuals, LLC, provides comprehensive photography/videography services and outsource professional retouching to ensure the highest quality of your images. Our policy regarding photography/videography services, cancellations, and retouching is as follows:

Booking & Payments

 

  • Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer.  If you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled session, your deposit will be retained, and no refund will be provided.
  • Clients may reschedule once with no additional fee if notice is given 48+ hours in advance. Should you wish to reschedule your session within 48 hours of the appointment, your initial deposit will be applied to the new booking. However, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Please understand that the non-refundable deposit is designed to compensate for the time set aside and any preparations made for your session. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policy. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling.


 

Cancellations

• A non-refundable retainer (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your date.

• Remaining balance is due 24–48 hours before the shoot or event unless otherwise agreed.

• Dates are not reserved without the retainer.

 

Late arrivals

 

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled start time.
  • Impact on Session: Late arrival reduces the remaining session time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time.
  • Quality of Service: Please note that arriving late might affect the overall quality of your session. Rushing through the process could impact the time available for capturing the best possible shots
  • After 20–30 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show. which you deposit would be forfeited, and you would have to book a new session.

 

  • The photographer/videographer maintains full creative control over style, posing, lighting, editing, and selection of final images/clips.
  • Clients may request a style influence but final artistic decisions are at the creator’s discretion.

Creative Direction

  •     Photography: 5–14 business days depending on package.
  •     Retouching Turnaround Time: The time required for retouching varies based on the number of images and the complexity of the retouching requested. We will provide an estimated turnaround time during the consultation or after reviewing the initial proofs.
  • Videography: 7–30 business days depending on length & complexity.
  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Turnaround time

  • Photo edits include basic retouching (color, lighting, skin polishing).
  • Basic Retouching: Our standard retouching includes adjustments to exposure, color correction, and minor enhancements to ensure a polished and professional look for all delivered images.
  • Additional Retouching: Extensive or Advanced Retouching: For requests that go beyond our standard retouching services, such as major object removal or extensive body reshaping, additional fees may apply.
  • Retouch Selection Period: Clients are given a specific timeframe, 30 days to review and choose their desired retouches after image delivery.
  • Expired Retouches: If retouch selections are not made within the designated timeframe and no extension request is submitted, the images will be considered final and delivered as provided initially without further retouching.
  • Video edits include one revision round unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional revisions are billed at the hourly or per-revision rate.

Raw Files

 

• The creator retains copyright to all photos and videos.

• Clients receive usage rights for personal, promotional, or commercial use depending on the package.

• Alteration of images (filters, heavy editing, AI changes) without permission is prohibited.

• Raw photos and unedited video footage are not provided unless purchased separately.

• Raw file delivery incurs an additional fee due to copyright and file-size logistics.

 

equipment & setup

 

• The client must ensure:

• Adequate space for equipment

• Power outlets if needed

• Permission to shoot at the location

• Additional lighting setups or location changes may incur extra charges.

 

Model RELEASE

 

• By booking, clients grant permission for the use of images/videos for the creator’s portfolio, website, and promotional use unless a privacy agreement is purchased.

 

SAFETY & CONDUCT

 

• Travel outside the included radius

• Studio rental

• Props, special effects, or unique setups

• Extra time beyond the scheduled session

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

 

• No weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous behavior on set.

• Photographer/videographer may end a session for inappropriate or unsafe conditions.
